For this event we will taste the wines blind, i.e., the bottles are bagged, we don’t know what’s in the glass.  This psychological process forces us to concentrate harder to discern each wine’s nuances:  aroma, flavors, acid, tannin, balance, finish, etc.)  Nothing is pre-conceived, it’s like learning on steroids!
